Which output to pick for your printer
If you print on a thermal label printer — TSC, Zebra or any 100×150 mm roll — the tool crops the tax invoice away and gives you the shipping label at standard 4x6 inch size, one label per page, ready to send straight to the printer. No scaling or manual trimming.
On a normal inkjet or laser printer, labels are arranged together on an A4 page so you use far less paper than printing one label per sheet. Cut along the edges and you are done.
By default the tax invoice is cropped off, because most sellers only need the shipping label. If you have to send the invoice inside the parcel, turn on Keep Invoice in the settings panel and both parts stay in the output PDF.
Choose Sort Courier & SKU to group every courier's labels together — Valmo, Delhivery, Ekart, Shadowfax and the rest — so each pickup bag is easy to fill. Or pick Sort by SKU only when you are packing product by product. ValmoPlus can be treated as Valmo with one toggle.
Add Summary Page puts a dispatch sheet at the front with total orders and the count per courier and per SKU. Print Date on Label stamps the date, Page Number numbers each label from whatever number you choose, and Big QR Code enlarges the QR so a handheld scanner reads it in one go.
